Single Game Tickets On Sale as Shamrocks Build on Breakthrough Year for Local Families
Single game tickets for the 2026 Victoria Shamrocks season are now on sale, as the organization looks to build on one of its most impactful seasons off the floor.
Last year marked the launch of the Maxxam Youth Program—an initiative designed to make Shamrocks lacrosse more accessible to families across Greater Victoria.
The response was immediate.
In Year 1 alone, more than 2,500 local youth attended Shamrocks games free of charge when accompanied by an adult—putting over $25,000 back into the pockets of local families.
The program, made possible through Maxxam Insurance, quickly became a cornerstone of the Shamrocks game day experience, helping introduce a new generation of fans to the sport while creating a more affordable night out at the Q Centre.
“We saw the impact right away,” said David Michaud, President of Keycorp Sports & Entertainment. “Families are looking for quality experiences they can afford, and this program removes a major barrier. We expect it to grow significantly in Year 2.”
With increased awareness and demand heading into the new season, the Shamrocks anticipate even more families taking advantage of the program in 2026, building on what was one of the most successful years for attendance for the Shamrocks.
Every game offers a fast-paced, physical brand of lacrosse, combined with an atmosphere built around community, accessibility, and entertainment.
For families, the value is simple:
All local youth 18 & under receive free admission when accompanied by an adult, thanks to Maxxam Insurance. (limit of 2 free youth per adult).
That means a full family night out at the Q Centre—without the full family price.
With single game tickets now available, fans are encouraged to secure their seats early for the most in-demand matchups.
