Corey Small Named Captain, Yager and G. Harnett named Assistant Captains

Victoria, BC - The Victoria Shamrocks are very pleased to announce that Corey Small has been named team captain, replacing Scott Ranger who has decided to
retire after leading the Shamrocks to the 2015 Mann Cup Championship.

Small, 29, is heading into his seventh season with the team and has established himself as a superstar in the WLA and as a permanent resident of Victoria. In 2015, Small won the WLA scoring title and was named Mann Cup MVP.  Greg Harnett and Matt Yager have been named the team’s assistant captains.

2016 will be the 67th season of Shamrocks lacrosse in Victoria, and we’re kicking it off with a championship ceremony on May 20.
