Shamrocks Acquire WLA Playing Rights of Lyndon Bunio

The Victoria Shamrocks have acquired Lyndon Bunio's WLA playing rights from the New Westminster Salmonbellies in exchange for Cam MacLeod's WLA playing rights. Bunio, a 27 year-old native of Calgary, has two years of WLA experience with the Salmonbellies in 2018 and 2019. The 6' 0", 180-pound left-shooting offensive player played a total of 40 regular season and playoff games in which he scored 35 goals and 49 assists for 84 points.

"Lyndon is a proven player in this league and we're happy to welcome him to our organization," said Shamrocks general manager Chris Welch. "He's athletic, skilled and quick and he makes defenders work hard to try to contain him. He also knows several of the players in our group so I have no doubt he'll be a great fit."
